My cats & I love love love this toy. It is their favorite, bar none. I just wish my 15# Beans wasn’t able to destroy it so efficiently. His habit of that does make us regular customers, however.

Hands down one of the best toys for kittens/cats! Stays suctioned down like it should. Survives through constant back and forth motion from "hunting"&"catching prey" from the kitty now and I'm certain, cat later! Had been a huge hit! Worth the money!

This is Renfield not sharing. They do like the toy as long as the smaller bird is on it. The larger bird is too heavy therefore it doesn't bounce as much. So they ignore it. I gave this product 4 stars because of the heavy bird and the first one broke. 5 stars for the great customer service in replacing the base right away.

My cats love this toy. They were jumping all over the place trying to catch the bird. The customer service is amazing. I had a problem with the base and the wire. They immediately responded to my first email. 2 days after I got an email asking me for a photo showing the problem. I received a quick response saying they agree with me and sent me replacement parts. I couldn't ask for better service.

The cats LOVE it but the sticky suction base refuses to stay stuck/suctioned to the fireplace hearth (granite). They repeatedly dislodge it when playing and then they lose interest in the chirping catnip bird. So sad for them.

Such a wonderful company! My Big Boy Maine Coon cat had played with his new toy for less than a day and snapped the black plastic post off from where it attaches to the base! The components to this toy are so well made that It was fine, and I was still able to make it reattach and function just fine, although I mentioned the break in the review I gave. The company told ME about their one time replacement policy and sent me a NEW ONE! base and wire! Who does that these days?!? Thank you from one very satisfied customer!
